Will I get compensated if my system produces less kWh than you have promised?

A kWh guarantee set out that your system would reach a certain yield, with compensation per kWh you fell short. Since the Autarco bankruptcy (31 March 2026) the answer depends on the type of guarantee:

• Guarantee directly with Autarco: this claim falls under the bankruptcy. Invrida has not taken over this obligation and does not pay out compensation. Please contact the receiver at faillissementen@bz.nl (mr. J.W.P. Tulfer).

• Guarantee through the Stichting Guarantee kWh Fund: this foundation sits outside the bankruptcy and handles your guarantee independently. Contact the foundation directly via their own website.
