I am moving. Can the monitoring of my Autarco PV system be transferred to the new resident?

Yes, monitoring can be transferred to the new resident. Please send the following information to support@autarco.com:

• First and last name of the new resident
• Email address of new resident, which will be used for log-in purposes of MyInvrida
• Confirmation from the previous owner, by receiving email confirmation.

Once the information and confirmation is received, the system will be transferred to the new owner in Invrida's software.
